Terms for the MakeFit website and web quiz

Service description

MakeFit provides marketing content, a Body Age quiz, email capture flows, subscription checkout, and a companion iPhone app experience. The web quiz introduces the product and may estimate ranges or likely outcomes before you use the app itself.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and only for personal, non-abusive purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, or use the service to violate applicable law.

Quiz and app relationship

The quiz is an informational entry point, not the full product. Estimates shown on the web are not a substitute for the app's device-based calculations and are not guaranteed outcomes. Some features require compatible Apple devices and an active subscription.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid access may be offered through Stripe on the web and through Apple where applicable. Prices, plan structure, trial availability, and billing terms may change over time. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.

If you need billing help or want to request a refund where available, contact support@makef.it. App Store purchases may also be subject to Apple's own billing and refund rules.

MakeFit is for wellness, education, and fitness insight only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a replacement for qualified professional care. Always use your own judgment and consult an appropriate professional for medical concerns.

Intellectual property

The MakeFit name, site content, design, copy, software, and related materials are owned by Cronian Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the site, quiz, or purchase flow will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cronian Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
